Welcome to our wedding website!! We are soo excited to announce our upcoming wedding in the Bahamas on September 1st, 2012!! We are soo blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives and would LOVE to share one of the most SPECIAL days of our lives with you and your families!! And what better place to gather... in the Carribbean!! So, pack your bags and let's go!!!

The couple plan to arrive in the beautiful Bahamas on Tuesday, August 28th and plan to "tie the knot" on Saturday, September 1st at 3 pm on the beach at the RIU all inclusive resort in the Bahamas. The couple then plans to depart from the Bahamas and head back to Vegas on Monday, September 3rd. Feel free to book your flights and resort reservations for any day before or after the wedding date. This is your vacation too!! :)

In the Bahamas on Paradise Island at 'The RIU Palace Paradise Island'. If you are wondering if you need a passport for the Bahamas, the answer is YES! To get to the RIU, you need to fly into the Nassau airport, then take a shuttle about 15 mins to the RIU on Paradise Island. Just let her know that you are in the McGrain/Vargas wedding party and would like to find the best rate for your flights and/or resort reservations. If you happen to find a lower rate on the internet or wish to go with another provider, let Cindy know and she can most likely match it. Benefits of having a travel agent book your reservations is that with other online companies you run the risk of getting moved to another resort if the RIU fills up, a travel agent can find you low priced rates and there are certain amentities we may get by booking with a group. We would LOVE for you to stay at the RIU Palace with us, as we can have a blast together and there are certain discounts for the group!! If you do choose to stay at a different resort/hotel, we must let you know there is a fee to enter the RIU as it is an all inclusive resort. :(

Of course we would LOVE for you to share with us our special day in the Bahamas, although we realize that this may not be possible. :(
